Which monitor to choose within 25,000 rubles?

Good afternoon, I understand that there are a lot of such topics, but I don’t understand monitors at all. I want to buy a monitor for several reasons
1) My Dell G3 15 has just terrible colors, if black colors merge in one background, it’s very difficult to see on my PC without a palette program
2) I started to worry a lot about the load on my neck, I want the monitor to be on eye level
3) And of course, the ability to immediately test sites 1920x1080

I would like options from 1920x1080 to 24 "(diagonal can you advise which resolution is better for this?)
At a price I would like within 20-25 thousand rubles. Just by opening sites with monitors, they give me prices from 40)
