Will I be fined for borrowing pictures from prehistoric 2?

If we assume I take art and some textures for my casual from the game prehistoric 2, will it be illegal?
How long do rights remain with the copyright holder?
How to find out who is right now?
What happens to the rights if the copyright holder ceases to exist?
From this game, I managed to find out only what is on WIKI .
Titus Interactive - the developer company ceased to exist in 2005, according to information from the same WIKI .
So can I take their art and use it in my game?

You can definitely do what the OpenTTD developers did in their time: when installing the game, the user must indicate to the installer where the resources of the original (honestly purchased, yep) game are located.

If you look at the Titus Interactive wiki page in English, you can find the following there:

"Titus game rights were transferred to Interplay Entertainment."
