How to prevent players from chatting on discord?

I am making a multiplayer shooter with elements of stealth, that is, if you were killed in the back, then your teammates cannot know about your death. The question is how to prohibit players from communicating anywhere except in the voice chat of the game? Do moderation or what?

Option 1: ban and moderation. That is, as soon as there is evidence of cooperation outside the game - punishment. Allow players to complain about other players. You can also tie a system in which complaints will be taken into account semi-automatically. An example where this is done: Project Winter
Option 2: prevent players from gathering together at the matchmaking level. That is, you cannot invite a friend, instead they will give you a random player. Plus (optionally) remove the chat and voice so that it is impossible to exchange contacts, but random people are unlikely to call to the discord anyway. An example where this is done: Journey (2012)
By the way, any system can be bypassed, so it will not be possible to relax. But at some point you can turn a blind eye to violations, when their percentage becomes extremely low.

If the players are in the same room, will they also be forbidden to communicate? How will you control?

Correct - no way. Because this is a third-party application and it’s not up to you to decide what else to run the player on your device
Or embed process tracking and don’t let the game start if discord or browser is running

No way. You cannot prevent other people from using other programs.

What is the difference between a headshot and a headshot? Why can't your team members find out about this? Does it look like it's alive?
