Will changing the country in JetBrains Account help?

As a student, I decided to take courses at JetBrains Academy . During the free period, everything worked, but for some reason, I safely missed most of it. I decided to buy a subscription to courses, but in the light of recent events, work with Russian users has been suspended. Will changing the country in the account settings help, and who generally coped with paying for their subscriptions?
