Why does PyCharm, Intellij IDEA and possibly other JetBrains IDEs support front-end development?

In the description of the functions of PyCharm and Intellij IDEA, I noticed that they support Javascript development in the PRO version, as well as Angular, React, etc. web frameworks.

I don't understand why this is done? For web development, there is WebStorm. Or is the PRO version of any JetBrains IDE all IDEs in one package?
I understand that if PyCharm just had support for some features of working on javascript, but to add development support for front-end frameworks React, Angular, Vue sharpened for Python to the IDE ... Why? Should this be in WebStorm? What for then is necessary WebStorm?

Yes. Jetbrains paid IDEs have a slightly stripped-down webstorm and datagrip built into them.

Because Intellij IDEA Ultimate is a harvester that aims to cover all the needs of a developer.
There is not only JS support, there is also work with the database (hello DataGrid), terminal, visual Git client, HTTP client, Docker client and K8s ... This is offhand.
Yes, some tools provide only basic functionality, but for a Java/Scala/Kotlin developer, it's not necessary. But on the other hand, there is no need to install additional DBeaver, Postman, Sourcetree, Lens and even WebStorm, but you can do everything in one window simply by switching between tabs.
