Why doesn't jetBrains Russify its products?

Although English is not a problem, I would still like to look at their editors on the great mighty one. In particular, phpStorm, how many versions have already been, and you still can’t find a crack for it on the net.

Because jetBrains do not need it - programmers are more comfortable and familiar with English. And in general - you do not need to Russify the IDE. For the sake of interest, you can look at the Russian VisualStuido - it's still a nightmare. Either the encoding in Output is funny, or "Header" instead of "Header file".

Yes, indeed the jetBrains team is not eager to Russify their product.
However, for things like spelling, you can download Russian.
This can be done on the official website at the link https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/1784-spell-ch...
Copy the file “/home/weblogic/Downloads/spellchecker-dict-russian/lib/spellchecker -dict-russian.jar" and rename it to "russian.dic". Now it remains in the PhpStorm settings in the File -> Settings -> Spelling dialog, the “Dictionaries” tab, click on “Add” and select the folder in which the “russian.dic” file was previously saved.

For the same reason that there is no Russian-language documentation on the official python website.
Most of the developers speak illiterate Russian in half with computer slang. For whom is a normal Russian there?)) They will get lost right away.)
