Will BitLocker save you from OBEP?

The essence of the question is clear from the title: what will happen if the OBEP check comes to the business, and the servers and workstations are encrypted with BitLocker and no one "knows" the password? For example, does Microsoft provide any preferences to government agencies?
PS: Methods of "thermo-rectal cryptanalysis" and "RAM dump" are not taken into account.

No one will even bother deciphering.
Either negotiate with the business, or the employees themselves will hand over everything, or the management will hand over the employees.
And yes, paper primary drives.
