Will an SSD Help VMware Performance?
Vmware slows down, hangs and loads the disk at 100% after several hours of working with a large project in Skecth (Interface Designer). Several dozen artboards / pages in one document and hundreds of photos, images. You have to wait 1-3 minutes after each action: select an object, open a panel with a color, select a color, wait until it is applied, etc.
Will an SSD help speed up performance so that large projects fly like a feather? What can help?
In the coming months I want to upgrade my computer, now the system is as follows:

8gb ram
7870 radeon video card with 2gb video memory
i5-2500k
HDD per 1tb
Data:
VMware Workstation 14
MacOs Mojave 10.14
VMware settings

The answer is simple, of course it will help.
But setting the maximum amount of RAM with the maximum frequency at the minimum CL☝️ will especially help. And all these three parameters, namely their upper threshold, depend on the processor, motherboard - you need to study the technical characteristics page on the website of the processor and motherboard manufacturer.
And SSD - already so it was very beautiful)
