Will an ssd fit in this slot?

As I understand it, there are two PSIE x1 slots in the photo. Will an M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD fit here.
Is this even a slot for this? =) The fact that the speed will be maximum as in PSIE x1 is logical, I just want to buy a normal SSD, for the future, so to speak. I do not want to buy on SATA III

Well, if you really really want to, then you can plug it in through the m.2-> pci-e adapter. only for this it will be necessary to saw off either the jumper at the slot, or the extra contacts at the adapter.
It will work, but the speed will still be low. PCI-E 2.0 gives 4Gb/s (~500Mb/s) at x1, PCI-E 3.0 gives 8Gb/s (~1000Mb/s)

To insert an M2 PCIe to PCIe drive, you need either an M2 slot with PCIe connected or a riser card.
In order not to cut the slot, you need to look for an adapter for PCIe x1, there are such
