Will a system rollback help get rid of the virus?

And what other actions can be taken if antiviruses do not find anything, but the signs of infection are obvious?

Rollback will help. If the "virus" got hooked after the restore point

How does the antivirus not find it, but the signs are obvious? This rarely happens ...
As an option - describe the problem, we can tell you how to clean it.

It won’t help, the virus itself will still remain on the disk and then re-infect the computer later using the same vulnerability with which it originally penetrated the PC. The only reliable option is to reinstall.

A rollback will help in most cases, but there are some malicious malware that will survive it.
What are the clear signs? Let's try to figure it out.
