The phone has Internet, but nothing is loaded?

I have a redmi 8 note T phone. The Internet used to work fine on it, but it started to fail. I downloaded one hacked game and went to sit at the PC. When I went to bed I noticed that the Internet on the phone does not load. It does not load in the sense that it connects to WiFi and gives access to the Internet, but the loading of the site goes on for infinity of years. The next day with the Internet on the phone, nothing has changed. I thought that dad for some reason limited the traffic for the phone in the router settings, because before that I didn’t load it on my PC in a similar way. Updated Windows and passed. It's about viruses. Went the same way and did a restore and reset on the phone. Did not work. I got to the bottom of my father, but he says that he did nothing. Well, if I did, I would say at least for that and would turn it off on the PC at the same time. I'm at a dead end. If it's not dad and not viruses, then what's the problem? I've searched the internet and tried many ways, but nothing has changed. And I can’t install steam guard, and without it I can’t enter Steam.

What settings are issued on wi-fi? On the phone - a menu, wi-fi, additional or something like that. The IP address will be indicated there and so on ... what is shown there?

Does the Internet work on the phone at all? That is, mobile Internet or another Wi-Fi?
If it works, then it's probably something in the wifi settings on the router itself.
At the extreme, you can reset the network on your phone and re-enter the password.
