in general, configure forwarding, in the simplest case, configure DMZ on the modem to the linksys address (from it, similarly to your "terminal"). In this case, there will be access to 1 machine, from which you can already connect to the rest. If the modem does not know how to forward (and there are such things, for example, if you set up port forwarding on yota, it goes to the roof and the Internet falls off, it is treated only by flashing), then you can find / raise an external vpn server and connect everything to it, inside the vpn network there will be "its own " locale where all machines will be available. or use something like Hamachi
