Are there books on computer networks without water?

For a long time I have been trying to find a good book on computer networks with a small amount of water and up-to-date information, but unfortunately to no avail (I found only video courses, but I want to read more). I ask you for help

What does "without water" mean? A book is a book to explain things with examples. If you don't need it, read the RFC. There's no water there.

Better (but this is IMHO) look at the ICND1 rate from atraining. There is a lot of work and a lot of things. You can turn it on as an audio book and listen.
What to read - I will not tell you, quarrel.

But this book has a huge drawback - there is no electronic version.

The most up-to-date and complete information "without water" is standards.

Wiki: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFC
Original source: https://tools.ietf.org/rfc/
Russian translation: rfc2.ru

PS: Although you need to understand that a lot depends on the implementation, because many have the status "MAY"
