Will a person be able to defend their rights in controversial situations?

When registering in webmoney, a person indicated a fake first and last name (as well as date of birth, etc.).
Not for malicious intent, just does not want to shine their personal data.
Given the above, will a person be able to defend their rights in disputable situations (for example: the goods did not arrive after paying for webmoney, they did not return the money after a failed payment transaction, etc.), provided that the person has screenshots of the pages of payment transactions + he has full access to to your webmoney account and be able to list all the profile registration data if necessary?

You have a very general question. Where and what are you going to buy? If something depends on WebMoney, then you do not expect adequate solutions, since you will not have a certified wallet.
