Will a motherboard capacitor with 330uF fit instead of a 5KX 12 270uF 16V capacitor?

Good afternoon!
At the radio store, I asked if there was a 5KX 12 270uF 16V capacitor that was on the motherboard. The seller replied that such capacitors with 270 microfarads were not available and, even, there was nowhere to order at the moment. But, there is a similar capacitor with 330 uF and that it will be even better, at least not worse. Is he speaking correctly?
Thank you!

Most likely it will fit.
A photo of the replaced capacitor and the part number of the proposed replacement could make the decision easier.

, in the photo there are two capacitors with the same characteristics: one installed, the second knocked out (the aluminum shell fell off). Just what is part number - please explain, I don't know such terms.
