Will a master's degree be required in this case for further emigration (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)?

Good day, dear friends!
My name is Andrew, I'm 23 years old. :) I have a higher legal education from the Voronezh Institute of Economics and Law (a mediocre provincial university). I started programming about 2 years ago, and I have been working as a Java Junior for almost a year. [Enterprise]
Like many people, I dream of a better life, in particular, I would like to emigrate to one of the above countries by the age of 30. At the moment, I have the opportunity to change direction, prepare for exams and enter an IT master's program at a more significant and quoted university ( VSU ), while continuing to work and develop.
Will this step be reasonable if my furtherpurpose: to work abroad ? I would like to hear your super-subjective opinion on this matter. :)
Ps I am not considering options for obtaining a foreign education.

  • by the age of 30 it's long and late, it's better to aim for it as early as possible
I would not recommend Australia and New Zealand, there is simply nothing to do there, it is better to immediately aim for the States, but this is not easy. The easiest way:
If you have money for a Canadian education, that is, there is an option to go to a Canadian college, you can even in some simpler and cheaper one, and apply for a residence a couple of years after graduating from college, such candidates are considered better integrated into Canadian society, because they speak fluently - English, have a local education, acquire the right connections and know how to look for a job, and therefore have a better chance of obtaining a residence.

All Russian universities are the same for other countries, no one knows anything about them abroad. A
second university adds emigration points to, say, Australia, but again, you can still replace this with years of experience in your specialty
