Where is the boundary between books and practice?

The first book (accordingly, acquaintance with programming) here it is https://mam2mam.ru/articles/favorites/article.php?...
I liked it very much (everything was clear (because with illustrations, and acquaintance did not begin with the languages themselves , but from scratch)
To a huge plus (which is not found in other books), it was the creation of a game (interesting), even several (probably they played a key role in the choice)
The impression was formed and so I became interested,
After a short period of time I bought this
labirint. ru/books/638292/
In my opinion, it turned out to be not very good
. I learned little new, but got acquainted with HTML and CSS (superficially, but got acquainted)
Due to the laziness characteristic of Oblomov, I don’t know how, but a little more than a year has passed without programming (mayby is all school?!)
I was walking around the bookstore and discovered the existence of this book --- https://habr.com/ru/company/piter/ blog/307838/ and also https://books.google.ru/books/about/%D0%9F%D1%80%D...
She also really liked it.
It turned out that I just flew a lot in the first two books,
And the knowledge gained from this book feels more valuable (professional) to me. I
learned about classes, objects, modules, more about functions, the explanation is no longer childish, but serious
. True, I read only 4/6 of the entire book, because we went further letters I don't understand (CSV, YAML, SQL, some servers, systems)
In general, this is hard for me, and I concluded that this is a secondary task, which should be
approached a little later with more experience and knowledge.
I don’t know where the boundary of the basics of Python is
. It seems that I went through and studied all the important elements, but it’s difficult to start some separate tasks, where to go (direction of study) is also not clear, it’s unlikely about courses (not mine)
In general, you also encountered this (give a couple of tips, can continue to study books, but more experienced (PS 3 book-User level-experienced, maybe that's why I didn't understand something) or go to the Internet ???

The difference between a book and practice is that you read a book and write practice.
"CSV,YAML,SQL,"
WHAT is the problem with Google these terms and understand their meaning?
