Will a document filled out on a computer, with the help of plug-ins and printed out be considered “real”?

There are services and plug-ins that allow you to fill out a document, so if I print such a document, can I present it as a regular handwritten document, printed according to the rules, that is, by hand?

If you mean the legal force of documents that must be drawn up entirely by hand, then your document will not have such force. A handwritten text implies the possibility of handwriting examination in the event of a trial - it is impossible to carry out a handwriting examination on your document.
PS I will clarify my answer, because. it became interesting. In modern practice, it turns out that lawyers insist on a completely handwritten drafting of only one type of document - a receipt. All other types of documents (including contracts, powers of attorney, etc.) in a simple written form, it is enough to sign with your own hand with a full transcript of your full name - the main text can be typed.

Usually a signature with a transcript is sufficient for handwriting examination.

...but everything changes when EDS is applied.
For example, you have a website. The user came in and poked...
A template, for example, a statement to the Police about violating the tobacco law.
So if you upload an EDS, it will have the force of a handwritten one according to the profile Federal Law.
However, for this you will need to establish friendship with the Certification Authority and correctly work with personal data
... that is why I am overcome by the carelessness of some citizens in matters of EDS (I'm not talking about self-written ones).
