An engine to create an online user manual for CMS?
The needs are as follows, there is a CMS in php and you need to write a user manual.
I hope that there is some kind of engine for etogo.
What I would like to see:
- apparently, this is some kind of wiki with the ability for visitors to add their corrections or additions
- multilingual
- in php / mysql - since I have knowledge in this area)
we also plan to organize API descriptions in the future, if possible and in this area to offer options, I will be very grateful.
Thanks in advance

If well, take into account multilingualism - a wiki on GitHub will do, or just a repository, it is also very convenient to go through the repository if the files are in markdown
For different languages, you can make different folders / repositories.
Specify the requirements...
0. ONLY the user manual is required and that's it (i.e. write and forget - yes, yes, I saw about "the possibility of visitors ...", but is it essentially "write and forget")?
1. Do I need to store everything as src in scm or is the storage method unimportant?
2. Is wysiwyg required when editing?
3. Is auto-generation of documentation required (any process automation)?
4. Qualification of writers/readers???
5. How much time are you willing to spend?
