The question has no answer: It's a lottery. Maybe it will, or maybe not. Or maybe not so much.

It will be, but not as planned, up to the special effects. Replace with another film 1 uF 160 or more volts.

1. Cyanoacryl or something better. To not fall apart at all.
2. If there are two of them, solder both of them, make a bridge and specify the parameters.
3. If the problem is foil, paper (waxed) or film (skochb) and wind ersatz.
To X-ray it, of course ...
If you're lucky, a wire lead is attached or soldered to a strip of foil. Stripes two. Between them, for example, fluoroplastic. If the broken piece has slightly left along the axis of the electrode, it may simply have come out of the tube wrapped around it from the foil. Ie the question is whether the contact is lost. It is checked - charging through the diode and discharging. You can compare with a neighbor on the board. Measure the discharge time and currents. For testing, of course.
If you are not lucky, the fault goes along the winding (roll) of foil and paper. Then the capacitance could change. But this can be corrected by wrapping the top (where there is an ominous smiley) with a few more linings. If the containers are not critical, you can glue or fill with epoxy.
Why did it crack. Has the resin dried up and settled down? Hit? Breakdown? ...
I don't see transistors here. Charging and discharging to the winding of an electromagnet are switched by the tongue of the same electromagnet? You can add a fuse and make a homemade capacitor.

It will, but the parameters floated away.
