Collected the regulator for the stove. But with a load of 60 watts, the spiral in the plate makes a buzzing sound. How can it be repaid? What are the options and who fought how and is it possible to fix this?

Dimmer - simple, on a triac and a phase-shifting circuit? Probably not without raising the switching frequency.
Maybe screw the microcontroller and do the switching of entire periods (Bresenham), but I'm not sure.

Not 100% sure, but a zero-switched dimmer should fix the problem.
