Там есть раздел "битрейт", вот смотрите какая нужна скорость для каждого из разрешений , складываем его с битрейтом аудио и добавляем 20-50%(погрешность и потери) и получаем нужную нам скорость интернета для воспроизведения подобного видео.

360p 1 Mbps (which is 1000 kbps)
i.e. you won’t even get enough for 360p, unless at 240p
to more or less watch videos on Youtube (480p) you need at least 2.5 Mbps
