Wifi authorization through router?

Excruciating me a question in such implementation.
Example:
A user went to a cafe and wants wifi, after connecting to wifi and trying to access any page, there is a redirect to the authorization page, which in the meantime launches an application on a smartphone, in the application you send your data to get access to the Internet and after that you already use it.
Is it possible to bind the router so that the server already has a kind of router ID to which the user information that they send will already be attached?

It's called Captive portal
I don't know if it's on regular routers, but I know for sure it's on cisco (I can tell you the model if needed) and for example here pfsense
Look for routers with "captive portal"
