Wifi 3g router in the car?

Over the years of using the mifi 2200, I wanted a little convenience, which, as far as I understand, is not implemented in this router.
Wifi 3G router almost always lives in the car and is connected to the cigarette lighter, I really want WiFi to turn on automatically when the ignition key is turned on (at this moment the charging current comes from the cigarette lighter) can anyone know
the exact name of the router model with this function?

TP-Link TL-MR3020 will save you. It is powered by usb. And if I understood correctly, then when the engine is turned on, it will turn on and work by itself ... and, accordingly, when the power is turned off, everything will be immediately extinguished.

So without a key, is the cigarette lighter powered or not powered?
If it is not powered, then when the key is turned, the power will go on, the router will be powered and turned on. Or how?
