How to protect a Wi-Fi network from ARP-spoofing?

Hello, the question is as follows: what effective ways to deal with ARP spoofing in a Wi-Fi network do you know? I myself am a student, but it has become simply impossible to use the university network - the attackers are constantly "listening" to traffic (for such warnings, I am very grateful to ESET Smart Security with its Firewall).

Have you read Wikipedia? Ways are written there. For wi-fi, everything related to traffic tunneling is suitable, the same SSH - tunnel or TLS.
