Widget for displaying and editing a list of images?

Greetings. Is there any widget for displaying and deleting/uploading images?
Task: on the ad editing page there is a section with images, the images already added by the user (which the user added when creating the ad) should be friends there, and the user needs to be able to delete these images or add new ones.
So far I can’t figure out how to finish it. $_FILES is read-only, and I would not like to do crutches. everything needs to be safe
