Wi-fi repeater and Androids?
Good afternoon.
Data:
192.168.22.1 - dir-300 (gateway) firmware (1.0.0 is written like B5 (dark gray))
192.168.22.5 - dir-615 (dd-wrt repeater) firmware DD-WRT v24-sp2 ( 03/25/13) std
Multiple android devices.
And so, I have a stupid layout of the apartment and I had to install a dir-615 wi-fi repeater on the dd-wrt firmware, it has two reinforced antennas. Since this is a repeater of the dir-300 router, they have one ssid. So, judging by the indication of phones, all devices are connected to 192,168,22.1 and not to 22.5. How can I fix this? After all, logically, devices should make a choice in favor of the best signal level, and it undoubtedly belongs to the repeater.
