Why won't Zeplin connect to the server from Photoshop?

I installed Zeplin, in PS CC 2017 I open the layout. I select the necessary layers on the Artboard, then I press the button in the Export selected Artboard's to Zeplin plugin panel and I get the response Server cannot be reached. The application is currently running. What am I doing wrong?

It happens when the server is disabled in the ps settings.

I do not advise you to use Zeplin and Photoshop for your purposes. Especially Photoshop, because it's easier to shoot yourself in the foot. And especially Zeplin, because he exports little code, and the layout transforms crookedly. Use Figma and you will be happy.
