Why won't Word 2013 let me save the file?

Hello everybody.
See what problem I encountered amusing. I have a network directory where the Word file is located. The target user cannot change anything in the directory, but must be allowed to edit that particular file. What I do:
1. I go to the ACL of the Word file, add the user for the record;
2. I go to the directory ACL, add a user with rights as in the screenshot below;
In Word 2010 everything works as intended, in Word 2013 the file cannot be saved - no access. What is the difference between Word 2010 and Word 2013 in this case?
