Why won't windows terminal install?

I downloaded the latest version from github, tried to run it, and it gave the following error:
"Application installation failed. Error message: Windows cannot install the Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.4.3243.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe package because it is not compatible with the device. The package can be installed on devices Windows.Mobile families with OS version 10.0.18362.0 or later.The device is currently running OS version 10.0.17763.107.(0x80073cfd)"
