Why won't WiFi let Bluetooth work properly?

Every time the bluetooth headphones are connected, they turn off or work crookedly (out of sync, no sound at all with a visible connection, etc.) immediately after I connect to my home wifi. Xiaomi Mi 8 phone, I thought it might be a mobile phone. Help, I've been struggling with this nonsense for a month now.

PS: Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, 20MHz, ch 7. The router supports 5 GHz, but my mobile does not see this network.

So it should be, bluetooth with Wi-Fi on the same frequency and interfere with each other, figure out how to switch to 5 GHz
