Why won't VK abandon Apache?

Today I noticed:

What is the architecture besides kPHP? Apache seems to be not very smart for such overloads, why not just do it on nginx?

I looked at several pages (both dynamic and static) - everywhere "nginx".
Maybe they don't have Apache.

Since they have been sitting on Apache for so many years, then it must be so. and the error is most likely not from overload. New interface being tested
