Why won't VirtualBox let me create a 64-bit machine?

Hello,
There is an HP monoblock with 64-bit Win7. RAM 4GB, c: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670S CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz. I need to run 64-bit Ubuntu in VirtualBox.
I understand that there are few operatives, but it is very necessary. When I started VBox, I saw that only 32-bit systems are possible. Googled this question most often came across options:

  • this is because there are few RAM and the virtual machine is "not a fool" to run 64 bits with such resources.
  • it's because virtualization is disabled in bios

I decided to look at my BIOS, or rather UEFI, it was PPC. The mouse does not work there, or rather it works, but the area covered by the cursor is small, in other words, the cursor simply cannot reach the control elements. The keyboard stops working immediately after selecting a language.
Like this. I hope that it is still possible to somehow install 64-bit ubuntu and the above points will not be a problem.
Thank you.
