Why won't Ubuntu start?

I want to install Ubuntu from a DVD + RW disk, but at startup only the bosom and eternal loading are constantly displayed.
If you press esc then the error is:
blk_update_request: I/O error, dev loop0, sector xxxxxxx (x - numbers)
Then it can't start login service and neywork manager
What should I do?

Try to make a bootable flash drive, not a disk, it is quite possible that the disk is scratched.
