How to give read and write access to local users to a mounted partition?

Good afternoon community.
With Linux on "You", I apologize if I'm dumb, but I'll try not to be dumb.
What do we have?
Elementary OS 0.3.1 Freya. The HDD is marked, there is an extended partition, it has three logical partitions (for example, temp/media/backup). Two users, one admin, one regular user.
What do we want in the end?
Temp and media must be mounted to /mnt/temp and /mnt/media respectively, both users have read and execute access. It is probably more correct to give access to a certain group for writing and reading, and then simply add users there as needed.
Tell me please.
Thanks in advance.
