Why won't the SQL Server service start?

During installation, not all components were installed, it is problematic to remove and reinstall. Now the service itself does not start, because of this I can not connect to the database. Installed SQL Express. At first MS SQL, but refused. How to return the service to a working state?
PS In the event log writes error code 945. I work in Windows Server 2012 r2.

The error directly tells you that you do not have enough memory or disk space .... Or there are not enough files and other resources. Which, as I understand it, are not installed with you. Check the relevance of net fraemwork, also enable net.frmwk 3.5 in the components. I think it's better to reinstall while cleaning everything that is connected with it and the cache.
