Why won't the ProLiant DL360 G5 server boot?

The HP ProLiant DL360 G5 server was turned off with a button on the case, now it does not boot.
ILO reports that all hardware is in order. The System Maintanence diagnostics doesn't see anything wrong either.
However, the server refuses to boot. It skips all boot options: cd, usb, hard and, as expected, blunts on pxe in search of dhcp. Then it reboots. And so in a circle. On server 5 raid on hp smart array p400i. The controller also sees no problems.
Reset bios settings.
Tried to boot from live cd centos 6.7. It turned out far from the first time, but here it seems to me that this is a jamb of ILO and its virtual drives. Although I'm not so sure about that.
Booting from a live cd was stupid for a long time, then the error vesamenu.c32 fell out: Not a COM32R image error boot:
Somehow, by changing the cd mount type, I booted from livecd. Centos loaded, but then a kernel panic happened and everything died.
I am confused. What can be done? The server needs to be saved.
