Why won't the previous page open in Safari?

Good day!
There is a simple website with several pages. From the bootstrap, jquery libraries.
You open a site in Safari, go to any other page of this site. Then, by clicking on the "Back" button in the browser, I want to return to the previous page, but just a blank page opens, and not the one on which I was. Such a problem is only in Safari on macbooks and iPhones, in chrome and mozilla everything works fine both on PC and on phones.
Tell me, what could be the problem or where to dig?

@slava_pv

cool, even the console shows nothing
network shows only problems with loading the first file that is not cached
try to enable the cache for it
in English they write that this is a problem of safari itself
