Why doesn't following a link happen on iOS?

Hello!
A site that has an "All Brands" dropdown menu.
On mobile iOS devices, clicking on any of the dropdown menu links does nothing. Tried in Safari and Yandex.Browser.
Because of what I can not understand it, there is a completely ordinary link.

What should happen when you click on a link? The "All Brands" element has href="#" and no more attributes. And the menu pops up.
