Is there any guide for developing swift extensions for safari??

Hello! Faced such a problem. Apple now requires all safari extensions to be written in swift or obective-c. But I can't find guides for creating new extensions. All I can find are articles on how to port existing extensions to safari, and I would need to create a new extension.
Could you suggest some step by step guide for developing new plugins for safari (preferably from scratch)
