Why won't the new Photos library open in Snapselect?

There is a SnapSelect v.1.2.0 program (program description - macosworld.ru/snapselect/)
Until the last OS X update to 10.10.3, the program worked super fine.
After updating the OS and updating iPhoto to Photos, this program does not open the Photos library - take.ms/LfwlT
What could be the reason?

Obviously, your snapselect crutch is not familiar with the new subversion of the system and the photo application. Write to developers and wait for corrections.
