Why won't the main page localhost:70 load on one browser?

Hello! I have 2 questions:
1) I have a problem: I have a local OpenServer server, and a WordPress site. In all browsers everything loads, but in my default browser FF 57.0 ONLY the main page localhost:70 does not load, IIS7 stub is displayed. The rest is all well loaded, what prevents him from going there? Even Firefox Developer Edition loads, but FF 57.0 doesn't.
2) It started when I tried to transfer a local site to a hosting, but when I transferred both files and a database, I tried to go to the main page, BUT instead of loading it, it started to go to port 70 (which I worked on locale), and an error appears, they say, it is not possible to access the site. And so with all devices. It adds port 70 even if the site is empty. Why is this happening? I do not understand anything. Help.
