How to diagnose a Macbook SSD and access it?

For some unknown reason, my Macbook (old, 2010) turned off while I was working, and after rebooting it showed only a gray screen (or an endless attempt to restore via the Internet). I put back the HDD that was in it at the time of the upgrade (from the working OS) and it all worked. Those. the reason is in the SSD (by the way, Sandisk).
I don't have much experience with hardware and disk maintenance utilities, but would love to be able to access the data on it (which isn't available anywhere else).
Perhaps there are utilities that can show the status of the disk, as well as simply connect to its file system and order everything from there? Both Win10 and Linux with MacOS are available. How can this be done, please tell me?
And also I would like to know why this could happen? Thanks in advance.

document.querySelectorAll('div[name] > ul[name]').forEach(n => {
  if (n.getAttribute('name') !== n.parentNode.getAttribute('name')) {
    n.remove();
  }
});

perhaps the controller
has offices in which they are engaged in data recovery. contact, maybe they will help,
but in general - now you understand the importance of backups? especially on a macbook, where there is a time machine, and the backup is implemented with one switch ...
