Why won't the installation flash drive load?

I made an installation flash drive with ubuntu 16.04.
I set it as a priority in the BIOS, but windows 10 still loads.
What should I do?

When loading, press F2 / F8 / F11 or something similar, depending on the mat. boards, causing me to boot and forcibly boot from the flash drive.
If it doesn't boot anyway:
1. Check if Security Boot is disabled in BIOS/UEFI;
2. If disabled, the flash drive is written incorrectly.
