What is that strange sound?

Hello! When starting the game from the computer, a strange sound similar to radio interference begins to be emitted, as if something is cracking. The headphones also have this sound, but as if amplified. This happens exactly when the game starts, i.e. while the level is loading, everything is silent. What could it be?

If you reduce the power consumption of the video card, the sound becomes noticeably quieter. Defective inductors?

If the headphones have the same sound, then the built-in sound card has poor filtering and noise protection. Use a normal sound card. And to find out from which element the pickup comes from and the sound cannot be obtained remotely.

Alternatively, try looking in the BIOS settings for functions like Spread Spectrum.
But with a video card, such a trick may not work.
