Why won't phpStorm connect via FTP?

Hello. Recently, strange things have been happening with the storm - from time to time I can not connect to different FTP servers.
When testing the connection, it says that everything is OK, you click next - no authentication data provided.


Through filezilla everything is ok, passive / non-passive mode changed.
In this case, it happens that from the 10th time it suddenly takes and connects normally.
I also noticed that on already created projects, the FTP password sometimes flies, although there was a checkmark to save.

Maybe it will come in handy for someone, the same situation happened after updating phpstorm to the latest version, unchecking "Save password" helped, it does not work with a checkmark, everything is ok without a checkmark, and the password is saved.
