How to enable Elements tab in debugger in PHPStorm/WebStorm/IntelliJ IDEA?

At the moment, when I start debugging, I only have three tabs Debugger, Console, Scripts open.

But on some training videos I saw that users have another Elements tab, which works the same way as in Chrome (you move the arrow over the elements and they are highlighted on the site )

But I didn’t find a break in the whole ide where you can turn on this tab.
Please tell me where and how to activate this tab.
PS: the jb chrome app is installed and the javascript debac is working, i.e. breakpoints work and everything that is displayed in the console is visible.
