How to return the code in Intellij idea that was when the program was opened?

Cry from the heart! I opened a working program, began to code, but along the way it messed up so much that everything fell off (((I can’t find the error for 2 hours already. Is it possible to somehow return the original version of the code ?? ctrl + z have exhausted themselves
