Why won't my Windows 10 virtual machine start in Hyper-V?

Welcome all!
Using the disk2vhd program, I created a virtual disk from a physical, system SSD.
After that, I installed the new Windows 10 on a new SSD, and decided to deploy the old system in a virtual environment in order to slowly pull out all the settings, etc.
But something went wrong and the virtual machine refuses to start. For the second hour, the screen looks like this:

The machine allocated 4 GB of RAM and 2 processors (as I understand it, the cores are designated as such).
How to run it?

Firstly, it is worth playing in the virtual machine with such parameters as generation, secure boot, and disk type. Because of them, there may be problems with the download.
Secondly, if it doesn’t help, we mount the installation disk in the virtual machine, and go to the recovery menu, from there we restore the system.

In general, it looks like the disk was copied with errors. Recreated the disk, the VM started up.
