How to run a console (cmd) program through a proxy?
There is a program that runs on the command line (black dos window). It connects to the Internet and downloads certain information. How to make it so that when it accesses the Internet, it uses a proxy? Is there a way out?

The program must be able to use a proxy.
As an option, you need a gateway that would turn all traffic to a proxy server (transparent proxy).
There are a lot of programs for this, for example:
- Proxifier
- ProxyCap
If the program does not know how to work with a proxy and access to the Internet without a router, or a router "for the economical" that does not know how to transparently proxy - no way. If a router that can redirect a request on port 80 to a proxy (your own or on another computer) - then configure it.
